Standard Commercial & Manufacturing Terms & Conditions | AURA ENTERPRISES
All commercial quotations issued by AURA ENTERPRISES for Sandwich Bus Duct Systems, Galvanized Cable Trays, Electrical Panels, and Accessories remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing. Prices are subject to revision based on raw material fluctuations (Copper, Aluminium, Cold Rolled Steel) prior to formal Purchase Order (PO) acceptance.
Orders are formally accepted upon receipt of an authorized Purchase Order accompanied by the agreed advance payment (typically 30% to 50% advance). The balance payment must be cleared prior to dispatch or against Proforma Invoice against Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) readiness.
Manufacturing lead times commence upon receipt of approved technical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and advance payment. Clients or their authorized third-party inspection agencies (TPIA) are welcome to inspect equipment at our Muzaffarpur factory prior to final dispatch.
Unless explicitly agreed as CIF/FOR site delivery, all dispatches are Ex-Factory Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Transit insurance is recommended and must be covered by the client or specified in the purchase order. Freight charges are calculated based on actual volume and weight.
AURA ENTERPRISES warrants all manufactured Bus Ducts, Cable Trays, and LT Panels against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier. Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components at factory discretion.
For turnkey erection contracts, the client must ensure clear civil readiness, crane/hoist access, safe storage space, and temporary power supply. Any site delay beyond agreed timelines attributable to site unreadiness may incur idle charges.
All contracts, purchase orders, and disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarpur / Patna, Bihar.
